Tracking a Refund
Creating a refund after a cancellation:
- Open the sales order and go to cancellations.
- Find the item that was cancelled. Click on the 3 dots and choose New Refund.
- Select the item(s) to refund and choose the refund payment type and then submit.
- Go to the payments page and the new refund will appear.
