How to view customer open orders/waiting for deliveries

Every sales order has an associated status with it. If you are looking for sales orders in a certain status use the filter options at the top of the page.

Waiting for Delivery:

1. Once all items on the Sales Order have inventory assigned to it with a status of "Received" and "Ready", the status of the order will update to Ready.
2. Using the Apply Filter option select Status.
3. Then choose the Ready Status. After selecting Ready click on the green check mark to apply the filter.
4. The results will display all orders that are ready to be delivered in full.

Open Orders:

1. Once an order has received a partial payment the status will update to pending. This means the order is open.
2. Follow the steps 2-4 above using the "Pending" status to see the open orders.
