How to sell an item from inventory

1. An item with inventory is indicated by an Available quantity greater than 0 when viewing the product catalog.
2. Add that item to the sales order the order using the + icon on the right side of the page. You will see the item is does not have the special order toggle turned on.
3. Click on delivery to proceed to the next step. There will be 3 fulfillment options:

1. Immediate Fulfillment - the customer will take the item with them once the sale is completed
2. Hold for pickup - the item will be picked up from the store by the customer
3. Delivery - you will arrange delivery of the item to the customer's address

4. Select Immediate Fulfillment If applicable, choose one of the locations associated with your business. The click Assign Inventory.

5. Select the item in inventory that will be associated with the sales order using the checkbox on the left and click submit.

. The screen will now reflect that inventory has been assigned to the item on the sales order.

7. If there are other items in inventory repeat steps 4 and 5.
8. If there are items that are special order select the fulfillment method for those items.
9. Once all items have a fulfillment method assigned click Review and Confirm to proceed to the next step.
10. Continue to process the order with any associated discounts, deposits and payments.
