The inventory of all items associated with that product/sku along with the inventory and fulfillment statuses.
If you scroll to the right you'll also see the Sales Order, Purchase Order, and shipment information.
By clicking on the 3 dots on the far right you can associate inventory with a Sales Order if it is not associated with one already. You can also click edit.
If you click Edit you will have the opportunity to update any data associated with that particular item including fulfillment status, inventory status, received date, Purchase Order or Shipment number or add a note about the item.
From a Sales Order:
Once an item has been added to a sales order, as long as it is an item in inventory, you can click on the product name on the sales order.
A new tab will open with the product detail page. The bottom half of the page will list the inventory of each item with the associated sku.
All information and functionality listed in Products steps 3-5 is now available.
Inventory:
Select Inventory from the left side panel. Notice a list of products will populate. However, there may be filters automatically applied to determine what to display on the list.
If necessary, modify the filters to display the subset of items you are interested in. To modify, click on the attribute that you'd like to change.
Make the change for the attribute and click the green checkmark to update the results.
Notice the associated data with the inventory is more detailed than when accessing the inventory from the sales order or products views. This data includes the item price, clearance price, vendor, product category.
Recommendations on Viewing the Inventory Page:
It is recommended that you create a filter view that works best for your needs. You can do this by setting your filters and then using the bookmark with the + icon.
You'll be able to name the view before saving it.
The view can be accessed from the bookmark icon on the right side of the page. All saved views will appear there.
Next to the save views is the column toggle option. Use this to simplify the number of columns on the inventory table.
