Creating custom views

Most pages are displayed as a table. Toward the top of the page there are three tools that will allow you to make the table views that work the best for your business.
If you look at the top of your page you'll see Apply Filter, a bookmark and a 3 panel icon.
Start by applying filters. Click on Apply Filter and then select the column name(s) you want to filter.
After the columns have been selected they will appear next to the filter button. Click on the column name and choose criteria you'd like to filter on. You will see the green checkboxes are active and the criteria are appearing next to the column name.
After the criteria have been selected, click on the green checkbox to the right of all filters that have been applied. This will apply the filters to the table. It will now display only results that meet the criteria you want to filter on. At any point in time you can change the criteria, as described in step 3 and then you'll need to click on the green checkbox again.
If you want to remove all of the filters click the X next to the green checkbox. If you only want to remove a single column it is easier to click on the column and uncheck any criteria that was previously selected.
If you want to share the view you've created use the link icon and this will copy the url of the page.
If you want to save the view click on the bookmark icon with the +, to the right of the link.
Once you've clicked on the bookmark icon you'll have a prompt to save the view.
The view will now be readily available if you click the bookmark icon on the right.
The final icon is the toggle view. Click on it choose which columns you do or don't want to see. The checks mean the columns are visible. This view remains regardless of which filters are applied.
