Account Settings
Account Settings will be used to personalize many aspects of the system to meet your business needs.
To start scroll down the left navigation panel and click on Settings.
Sales Orders:
If you want to be notified with an issue alert for late or expected delays in Sales Orders click on the checkbox to the left of these options. These alerts are based on the lead times which can be configured per vendor in the Vendors tab.
Some businesses require a deposit on special orders. If you have a standard deposit percentage to default to for each special order item set that amount and make sure to enable this requirement.
Some businesses will also display retail prices but automatically apply a discount on orders. If your business operates like this enter in your discount percentage. Note: it must be a full number.
Some stores put in a buffer to allow them to schedule deliveries and process shipments once the items have been delivered to the store/warehouse. If your store has an internal policy like this use the buffer time feature.
If you have any store policy or message you want to communicate on all of your sales orders you can enter them here. You will have an opportunity to modify them before printing an individual sales order.
Lastly, if there are certain pieces of information that you'd like to see when managing your sales orders you can create custom fields. In this example the store wants to associate orders to a designer. Note: Multiple custom fields can be added.
Purchase Orders:
If you want to be notified with an issue alert for late Purchase Orders click on the checkbox to the left of this option.
If you have certain notes you'd like to share by default with all vendors you can set the message up here. You will still have the chance to modify/remove the message before sending an individual purchase order.
Deliveries:
Similar to Sales Orders and Purchase Orders, if you have a standard message you'd like to include on delivery slips you can enter this message in the deliveries section.
Products:
If you store specific information about products to more easily identify them you can enter in a default list.
Inventory
Similar to Sales Order custom fields, you can assign custom fields to inventory items.
